Coconut frappé with kiwi and apple

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 300 ml Joya Fresh Coconut Drink
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 kiwis
  • 100 g white grapes
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 ts ground ginger
  • 3 ts sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1 handful of ice cubes

  1. Peel and cut the apple, kiwis and banana. Wash the grapes.
  2. Pour the Joya Fresh Coconut Drink in a blender, add bananas, kiwi, grapes, apple and ginger with the sugar and blend.
  3. Add the ice cubes. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Divide the smoothie into glasses and decorate with apple slices.

Tipp: Delicious with banana bread or cereal bars!
