Peach & mango smoothie with ginger

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 200 ml Joya Fresh Coconut Drink
  • 3 tbsp Joya Organic Natural Joygurt
  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • ice cubes
  • garnish: raspberries and mint leaves

Ginger gives this peach & mango smoothie some extra freshness and flavour. Try it for breakfast!

  1. Chop the peach and mango. Peel and chop a thin slice of ginger.
  2. Mix the Fresh Coconut Drink, Organic Natural Joygurt, peach and mango in a blender or smoothiemaker and blend. Add the chia seeds, ginger and  ice cubes. Mix for 1 more minute.
  3. Divide into glasses. Slide a raspberry on a toothpick and place it on top of drink. Garnish with mint leaves.

Tipp: If you use frozen fruit instead of fresh, you don’t need icecubes.
