1. Put the bread cubes in a large bowl and add Joya Organic Pure.
2. Then stir in the starch, chives, parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
3. Dice and fry the onion, and add to the mixture. Add a tablespoon of soy flour if the mixture is not dense enough.
4. Knead everything well and mold into small dumplings with moistened hands. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and carefully put the dumplings in. Reduce the temperature and simmer the dumplings for about 15 to 20 minutes.
These dumplings go perfectly with our mushrooms in a smooth cream sauce.
