Mango Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 250 ml Joya Oat Chia Drink
  • 200 g mango, diced
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
  • 2 tbs lime juice
  • 2 tbs goji berries
  • 1 tbs hemp seeds
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 pinch chili
  • 1 handful ice cubes

  1. Pour the Joya Oat Chia Drink into a blender.
  2. Add the mango, apple, lime juice, goji berries, hemp seeds, chia seeds and chili. Puree the fruits by first blending at a low speed and then gradually increasing the speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the ice cubes. Mix again until the ice cubes are crushed.
  4. Divide between the glasses and decorate with chia seeds or goji berries.
