Ginger gives this peach & mango smoothie some extra freshness and flavour. Try it for breakfast!
- Chop the peach and mango. Peel and chop a thin slice of ginger.
- Mix the Fresh Coconut Drink, Organic Natural Yogurt Alternative, peach and mango in a blender or smoothiemaker and blend. Add the chia seeds, ginger and ice cubes. Mix for 1 more minute.
- Divide into glasses. Slide a raspberry on a toothpick and place it on top of drink. Garnish with mint leaves.
Tipp: If you use frozen fruit instead of fresh, you don’t need icecubes.
