- Pour the Joya Oat Chia drink and pomegranate juice into a blender.
- Add the banana, blackberries, blueberries and apples. Puree the fruit.
- Gradually add broccoli rosettes, ginger and chia seeds by first blending at low speed and then gradually increasing the speed until the broccoli rosettes are completely pulverized and mingled with the fruit.
- Add the ice cubes. Mix again until the ice cubes are crushed.
- Divide between the glasses.
Tip: The broccoli rosettes can be quickly blanched for a milder taste.
